Galaxy Brain Entertainment, a division of Neumann's Workshop, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement concerning our games and services, including Synapse, Cleros, and other interactive experiences.

Our Policy

It is our policy to:

• Respond expeditiously to valid DMCA takedown notices
• Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material
• Notify the content provider of the takedown
• Process counter-notifications in accordance with DMCA procedures
• Take appropriate action against repeat infringers

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in our games or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that should be removed, including sufficient information to locate the material (such as specific game content, URLs, or descriptions).
3. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name constitutes an electronic signature).

Response Time: We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 5-7 business days.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
2. Identification of the material that was removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
5. Your physical or electronic signature

AI Model Content & Third-Party Services

Our games may use third-party AI models and services (such as semantic embeddings, language models, etc.) for game mechanics. These services include:

• Open-source AI models used under appropriate licenses
• Third-party embedding and language processing services
• Public domain or openly licensed datasets

Important: For DMCA concerns related to AI model outputs or training data, you may also need to contact the original model creators or service providers. We will assist in identifying the appropriate parties when possible.

Specific Game Content

Synapse™

Word relationships and semantic data are derived from publicly available sources and AI models. Original game mechanics, interface, and creative implementation are proprietary to Galaxy Brain Entertainment.

Cleros™

Uses ancient texts in the public domain (Orphic Hymns, etc.) combined with modern AI analysis. Original interpretive framework and interface are proprietary to Galaxy Brain Entertainment.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
